This unit underwent a major remodel; from the outdated kitchen, to the floors, every square inch was gutted. After living in spaces that felt compressed and dark, this client was looking for spaces that brought tons of light and transpired a sense of peace. Art was a key player in the design of the spaces; with each room, art placed down its card and our decisions unfolded in response.

Favorite part of the project:

Ah!I’m torn between the oversized artwork in the living room or the built-in library-desk in the Study.

Biggest challenge faced:

In a full remodel, the biggest challenge is always coordinating smooth transitions between the different stages of installations (tile, electrical, plumbing fixtures, furniture, etc.)
