Rise Condominium

2 BR, 2 BTH

This urban apartment is set at the center of Brickell City Center in Miami, FL an area where entertainment, business, and retail meet. The client who commissioned this project wanted this apartment for the different guests they have during the year, and so we did not have a specific personality we knew to design for. Rather we let ourselves be inspired by the vibrant context in which this unit is in.

Favorite part of the project:

Wallpaper, wallpaper, wallpaper.

Biggest challenge faced:

Time frame. We had 3 weeks to pull this off! We had to be decisive about our direction, and pull the trigger. From that point, it was picking up the phone and hustling to ensure items that were in stock and that would meet our deadline.
